SPF
Which servers may send in your name, whether the record stays under the 10-lookup limit and ends with a clear rule.
Send us your domain. A specialist reads its public records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, BIMI) and tells you, in plain words, what is in place, what is missing and what it may cost you. Free, no access needed, no commitment.
What we look at
Only what anyone can read in your public DNS: we do not need access and we change nothing.
SPF
Which servers may send in your name, whether the record stays under the 10-lookup limit and ends with a clear rule.
DKIM
Whether your messages are signed, for the selectors we can find or the ones you tell us about.
DMARC
Whether a policy exists, its level (none, quarantine or reject) and whether anyone receives the reports.
MX
Where your mail is received, and whether obsolete or conflicting records remain.
BIMI
Whether your logo could be displayed in the inboxes that support it, given your current DMARC policy.
Sending tools
Which tools are declared in your records (newsletter, CRM, invoicing…) and which ones you use seem to be missing.
How it works
A short form: your domain and, if you know them, the tools that send email in your name.
Public DNS only: no access to give, no change on your side, no risk for your mail.
By email, within a day: what is fine, what is missing, the risk, and which service would fix it, if any.
Why it matters now
Inboxes
Authentication required
undefinedSince February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders, and Outlook followed in 2025. Unauthenticated mail is filtered or rejected.
A domain without SPF, DKIM and an enforced DMARC policy is easier to spoof, and its legitimate messages (quotes, invoices, password resets) are more likely to be filtered. Most of the time, the cause is simple: a tool added years ago and never declared, a DKIM key never activated, a DMARC policy left on "none".
The free check tells you where you stand. If something needs fixing, Inbox Protocol configures and tests everything at a fixed price; for several domains, ask for a multi-domain quote.
What the free check is not. It is a reading of your public records, not an intervention: we change nothing, and it does not replace the configuration and tests of Inbox Protocol. Inbox placement also depends on your content and your sending reputation.
Yes. No payment details, no commitment. If something needs fixing, the summary tells you which service would solve it, at the fixed price shown on the pricing page. You decide.
No. The check only reads public records. Access is requested only if you then order a service, through a temporary invitation that you can remove at any time.
Send us your main domain first. For an agency or a group, the multi-domain quote lets an expert assess all your domains and estimate the time needed.
We send you the summary, and answer if you have questions. That is all.
