Pricing questions

Are the prices excluding VAT?

Yes. All prices on this page are shown excluding VAT and are one-time payments, with no subscription.

What is the difference between Standard, Express and Flash?

The work and the report are exactly the same; only the delivery time changes. Standard: 5 business days. Express: 48 hours maximum. Flash: 24 hours maximum. The time starts once we have the access we need. Multi-domain requests have no fixed option: the expert estimates the time in your quote.

When is my card charged?

At checkout, Stripe only authorizes your card. The amount is captured once the acceptance gate passes and you sign off on the delivery report, within 7 days. If the work does not pass, the authorization is released and you pay nothing.

How do I follow my order?

From your client area, you see your order move from 0 to 100%: access received, configuration, tests, final report. That is also where you approve the delivery before your card is charged.

Are software licences included?

No. Subscriptions to third-party tools (consent platform, tracking server hosting, Make, Zapier, CRM, WhatsApp) are billed by their vendors. Each card lists exactly what is and is not included.

Why does server-side tracking require consent first?

Server-side tracking does not replace consent: it only sends the data your visitors have authorised. If you do not have a compliant consent platform yet, the Complete Pack installs it first, then wires the tracking.
