What we fix

Two pillars, five services

Each service has a fixed scope: done once, done properly, by a specialist, with a test report as proof. Take them one by one or as a pack.

Need several? The Compliance, Revenue and Complete packs combine them in a single pass, with one specialist.

Email deliverability

Land in the inbox, not the spam folder

Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now reject unauthenticated mail. A quote that lands in spam is a quote nobody reads. Stanza configures SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI and MX records on your domain, so every invoice, follow-up and newsletter reaches the people it was written for.

Secure my emails

SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Full DNS authentication for every service that sends on your behalf: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM and your newsletter tool.

BIMI & MX records

Show your logo next to your emails in supporting inboxes, with clean MX routing and no conflicting records left behind.

Postmaster verification

Google Postmaster Tools and DMARC reporting set up, so you can see your domain reputation instead of guessing it.

When the audit ends,
the fix begins...

Cookies & accessibility

Consent first, on every page

A banner on its own proves nothing if your tags fire anyway. We deploy Axeptio, Cookiebot or Didomi on Shopify, Webflow or WordPress and block every non-essential script until your visitors agree. Then we check what keeps customers with a disability from buying.

Make my site compliant

Consent that holds up

Axeptio, Cookiebot or Didomi, configured with your categories and your branding, tested before and after consent, with a report for your DPO.

Script blocking & Consent Mode v2

Analytics, pixels and chat widgets wait for consent. Google Consent Mode v2 is wired so your measurement stays usable.

Accessibility diagnostic

Your key pages scanned, from home page to checkout, and a prioritized fix list for your developer. A first step before a full audit.

Revenue & Data New

Every conversion counted, every lead answered

Ad blockers and browser restrictions hide part of your sales from your ad tools, and a lead left waiting goes elsewhere. We send your conversions server-side, within the limits of consent, and alert your team the second a request comes in.

Make my tracking reliable

Server-side GTM

Your events sent from a subdomain you own, so fewer conversions are lost to ad blockers and browser restrictions.

Meta Conversions API

Browser and server events deduplicated, with a test plan that shows what is received and how well it matches.

Instant lead alerts

A Make or Zapier scenario adds every lead to your CRM and pings your team on WhatsApp, email or Slack within seconds.

Verified delivery

Pay for results, verified by checks

Every task is delivered by a vetted specialist and passes an acceptance gate: DNS lookups, seed tests and script-loading checks. Your card is authorized at checkout and only charged once it passes.

See how it works

Fast when you need it

Fixed scopes mean no audit to schedule and no quote to chase. Standard delivery in 5 business days, or Express in 48 hours and Flash in 24.

Automated acceptance checks

DNS lookup tests and script-loading validations run on every delivery, with a report you can share with your team.

Pay on verified delivery

Your card is authorized through Stripe and only charged once the work is verified and signed off.

Why it matters

Large or small, the rules and the stakes are the same

Inboxes, regulators and your customers do not grade on company size. What changes is what a mistake costs you.

Inboxes

Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders, and Outlook followed in 2025. Unauthenticated mail is filtered or rejected.

Accessibility

Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act applies to many online stores in the EU, micro-enterprises aside. Every blocked customer is a lost sale.

Cookies

The CNIL and its European counterparts check websites that drop trackers without consent, and fine organisations of every size, from global groups to small businesses.

Large companies

Dozens of tools send email and drop tags in your name. One misconfigured service is enough to send a whole domain to spam, or to put your brand in front of the regulator.

Recommended

SMEs

No in-house expert, but the same obligations as the big players. A quote that lands in spam or a banner that tracks before consent costs you sales and exposes you.

Recommended

Freelancers & individuals

A showcase site, a portfolio, your own domain for email: your quotes and replies must arrive, and as soon as your site uses analytics or ads, visitor consent applies to you too.

Recommended

Agencies

Your clients' compliance and deliverability reflect on you. Hand the technical part to a specialist and deliver a test report you can share with each client.

Recommended

Associations & startups

Donation calls, newsletters, sign-up forms: your messages must arrive and the people who trust you deserve proper consent, from day one, without hiring a team for it.

Works with your stack

Questions, answered

What do you need from me to start?

After checkout, a short form asks for your domain, your email provider, your website platform and a way to grant temporary access to your DNS host, CMS or tools. Your specialist starts as soon as access is confirmed.

When is my card charged?

At checkout, Stripe authorizes your card. The amount is only captured once the acceptance gate passes and you sign off on the delivery report, within 7 days. If the work does not pass, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard delivery takes 5 business days. If you are in a hurry, choose Express (48 hours maximum) or Flash (24 hours maximum) on the pricing page before checking out.

Will my emails stop going to spam?

Authentication is the foundation Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now require for inbox placement. We configure and verify it end to end. Content and sending reputation also matter, and your report includes recommendations for both.

Which platforms and tools do you support?

Axeptio, Cookiebot and Didomi on Shopify, Webflow and WordPress; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for email; Google Tag Manager and Meta for tracking; Make or Zapier for automations. If your stack is different, contact us and we will tell you within a day whether it fits.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Stanza handles the technical implementation. Your privacy policy and legal bases should be validated by your DPO or legal counsel, and the accessibility diagnostic is neither a full RGAA audit nor a certificate of compliance.

Compliance and revenue.
All in Stanza.
